Some ShopKeep users are reporting a delay in transactional data sending to the BackOffice. We have identified the issue is related to a disrupted network session on the app. Merchants can correct this issue by restarting the Shopkeep app and checking their pending/delayed queues under System Diagnostics. Transactional data will slowly resume flow to your Backoffice.
